Y-Junction Enema tip is an ideal system used to deliver larger volumes of fluid to a specific site. The device is ideal for therapeutic flushing of mares prior to and post breeding in which fluid is delivered to the uterus through the inflow line while exit is clamped off with the Halkey clamp. When the exit clamp is released, and inflow is clamped shut the media will exit. The device can also be used in delivery of soapy enema solution to a foal on the other species. Device includes large diameter tubing with a piercing spike to puncture the media bag or bottle. The system is individually packaged and gamma irradiated.
